Student Category Guidelines

Please  fill out our application form and submit the needed information for us to review.  Once reviewed our team will contact you. 

Upon acceptance you will be invited to perform at our 2022 festival which will take place on San Diego Circus Centers stage Friday at 7:30 to 9:00pm, August 12, 2022.

• San Diego Circus Festival T-Shirts
• Personalized feedback from our 3 judges
• Available photo's and videos of your performance for low cost.
• Priority access to Artist Pathway with Stacy Clark, a 15 hour course during the festival ($50.00 discount for participants),  Once you have registered you will be sent a discount code for Artist Pathway course.

• Solo and duo Student Series competitors are allowed a maximum performance time of 3 minutes 
• Groups of 3 or more are allowed a maximum performance time of 4 minutes 
• Participants will not be penalized if they do not use their full allotted performance slots 
• All members of a group act must register and pay individually to compete 

We have a fair and comprehensive scoring/Evaluation system but the most important guideline is to have fun and share your art with others.
